Vodou Lesyon (Vodou Reading)

Purpose

A Vodou Lesyon is a sacred spiritual consultation intended to reveal the lwa who choose to make themselves known and deliver the messages they wish to share.

Conducted personally by Hougan Jay, this consultation is rooted in the traditions of Haitian Vodou and offers an opportunity to receive spiritual guidance directly from the lwa who present themselves during the reading.

Unlike a traditional Spiritual Reading, a Vodou Lesyon focuses specifically on the messages and guidance of the lwa rather than general life questions. Every consultation is unique and depends entirely upon what the spirits choose to reveal.

What You May Learn

During your Vodou Lesyon, you may receive insight regarding:

• The lwa who choose to present themselves during your consultation.
• Messages, guidance, warnings, or encouragement from the lwa.
• Spiritual insight related to your present life circumstances.
• Areas where spiritual or personal growth may be beneficial.
• Ways to strengthen your relationship with the lwa through proper devotion and respect.

Important Information

A Vodou Lesyon does not reveal your Met Tèt (Master of the Head) or permanently identify the lwa who walk with you throughout your life. Those sacred revelations are made only through the process of initiation in Haitian Vodou.

The lwa who come forward during your Lesyon do so according to their own will. They may be assisting you through a particular situation or season of your life, or they may choose to remain with you for a longer period. Every consultation is unique and depends entirely upon which spirits choose to present themselves.

Before Your Consultation

To prepare for your Vodou Lesyon, please have:

• A quiet space free from distractions.
• A stable phone or internet connection (depending on the appointment format).
• A glass of fresh water placed nearby before the consultation begins as a sign of respect for the spirits and your ancestors.

Please arrive on time so that the full appointment may be devoted to your consultation.

Disclaimer

A Vodou Lesyon is offered as a spiritual consultation rooted in the traditions of Haitian Vodou. The messages received are intended to provide spiritual guidance and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Because spiritual communication is guided by the lwa, no specific messages, revelations, or outcomes can be guaranteed. Any decisions made following the consultation remain solely the responsibility of the client.

Because time is reserved exclusively for you, missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. Once the consultation has been completed, all sales are final.
